Returns & Refund Policy
Because all SticknWrap products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, quantity, or material selected by the customer

Customer-provided artwork errors

Color variations between screen displays and printed products
All sales are final once production has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at sales@sticknwrap.com.
To process your claim, we may require:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
If the issue is determined to be due to our production error or shipping damage, we will reprint or replace the item at no additional cost. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Artwork & Proof Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, sizing, and specifications prior to production. Once proof approval is given (if applicable), SticknWrap is not responsible for errors.
Shipping Issues
SticknWrap is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, SticknWrap is not responsible for packages delivered to that address.
