This website is operated by SticknWrap LLC (“SticknWrap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SticknWrap LLC. SticknWrap offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Any new features or tools added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Website Platform

Our store is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and general Wix applications. Wix stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

SECTION – CUSTOM ARTWORK, FILE UPLOADS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By submitting artwork, logos, images, designs, or other materials (“Customer Content”) to SticknWrap for printing or production, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use, reproduce, and distribute such content;

• The content does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property, trademark, copyright, privacy, or other legal rights;

• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

SticknWrap does not verify ownership of submitted artwork and assumes no responsibility for Customer Content. You agree to indemnify and hold SticknWrap harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from submitted content.

Proof Approval (if applicable)

If digital proofs are provided, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, layout, sizing, and specifications prior to production. Once approval is given, SticknWrap is not responsible for errors.

Color & Production Variations

Due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, materials, lighting conditions, and production methods, final printed products may vary slightly from digital previews. Minor variations in color, placement, trimming, or alignment are considered normal and are not defects.

Custom products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

SECTION – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
