Domestic Shipping Policy
 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are custom-made, processing times may vary depending on order volume and production complexity.
 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and carrier transit times. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the order has been shipped.
 

SticknWrap ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

SticknWrap is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
 

Damaged or Lost Packages

SticknWrap is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
 

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required by the carrier.
